Fold your paper filter and set it in the V60 which should be placed on top of a jug.

Use 3,5 teaspoons coffee per one 250ml cup desired. Place coffee in the cone and gently shake flat.

The brew should be ready within 3 minutes. Pour in your cup and consume straight away.

Pour in 50ml water every 30 seconds. The water should be just below boiling point at 95’c.

Pour the brew in your finijaan cups and serve immediately. For a full experience prepare a tray with dates and traditional sweets.
